Terms of Service

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
   1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between Dream Voyages (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and individuals or organizations (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") regarding the booking of travel packages and related services.
   2. By using our website, making a booking, or engaging with our services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
   3. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.
2. TRAVEL PACKAGES AND SERVICES
   1. The Company offers the following travel services:
      • Holiday packages to various international destinations
      • Flight bookings and airport transfers
      • Hotel and resort accommodations
      • Guided tours and excursions
      • Cruise packages
      • Travel insurance (as a third-party service)
      • Visa assistance services
   2. All travel packages are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
   3. Images of destinations, accommodations, and attractions on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual experiences may vary.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
   1. All prices are listed in US Dollars ($) unless otherwise specified.
   2. The Company accepts the following payment methods:
      • Credit and debit cards
      • Bank transfers
      • Digital wallets
      • Installment payment plans (for eligible packages)
   3. Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. The Company does not store complete credit card details.
   4. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Travel packages will be charged at the price displayed at the time of booking.
   5. A deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the departure date.
4. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
   1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
   2. Booking process:
      • Customer selects desired travel package and provides required information
      • Company confirms availability and provides a booking summary
      • Customer pays the required deposit
      • Company issues a booking confirmation with itinerary details
   3. The Customer is responsible for ensuring all provided information (names, passport details, travel dates) is accurate. The Company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
   4. The Company will send booking confirmations and travel documents to the email address provided by the Customer.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
   1. Cancellation by Customer:
      • 60+ days before departure: 90% refund of total package price
      • 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of total package price
      • 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund of total package price
      • 0-14 days before departure: No refund
   2. To cancel a booking, Customers must contact our customer service team in writing with their booking reference number.
   3. Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days and issued using the original payment method.
   4. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participants for group tours. In such cases, the Customer will receive a full refund or the option to book an alternative package.
6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS
   1. Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates required for their destination.
   2. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date of travel.
   3. The Company may provide visa assistance services, but the ultimate responsibility for obtaining visas lies with the Customer.
   4. Customers should check health requirements for their destinations and obtain any necessary vaccinations or medical certificates.
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
   1. The Company strongly recommends that all Customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other travel-related risks.
   2. Travel insurance can be purchased through the Company as an additional service or independently by the Customer.
   3. The Company is not liable for any losses or expenses that would have been covered by travel insurance if the Customer chose not to purchase it.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   1. The Company acts as an intermediary between Customers and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
   2. While the Company takes reasonable care in selecting reputable service providers, it is not liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party providers.
   3. The Company's liability is limited to the cost of the travel package purchased by the Customer.
   4. The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost vacation time, inconvenience, or loss of enjoyment.
9. GOVERNING LAW
   1. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea.
   2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board rules.
